Leeds Haydn Players is a new chamber orchestra formed with the aim of exploring the whole of Haydn's great symphonic repertoire, with the possible future inclusion of quartets, divertimenti and so on. Some of this is hardly known, some of it well-known, so it should be an interesting orchestral journey for players and listeners alike.
Our next concert will be on 30th June, 2012 at 7 Arts 31 Harrogate Rd, Leeds LS7 3PD. The concert will be conducted by Adam Ferguson. The orchestra will be playing Don Giovanni Overture, Mozart
and Haydn String Quartet Op 33 No 6 and Haydn Symphony No 45 "The Farewell "
